The hotel was homely and comfortable, however I stayed for 1 night only. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful with fresh fruit, great views plus Baked Bread, and the restaurant's offer was lovely! Location: the property was just next door to the farm and the pub.

we had a superior king room with windows on three sides looking out at the sheep. there where an electric kettle, central heating and a tv set in our room. its location was stunning and super in the field outside the window.

The deluxe room was large, included shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets. The location was magnificent and nice and in peaceful country area, good choice for one night. And it was also just off Hay-on-Wye as well as the pub in the village.

We were greeted with a warm cup of tea and delicious homemade cake upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower unit. The location was convenient and offered beautiful scenery.

The weather during our stay was not ideal, which limited our ability to fully enjoy the stunning surroundings. The country roads leading to the hotel were riddled with potholes, making the drive a bit bumpy and uncomfortable.
